Xiajiahe Sewage Treatment plant
The first BOT project being undertaken by the Company is for a municipal sewage treatment plant in Dalian. The franchising operation is 20 years exclude construction period. The first phase of the construction, scheduled for completion in August 2007, will provide for the processing of 30,000 tons of sewage per day.
Dongtai Water Recycling Company has imported the first set of international advanced technology (CWSBR), in order to achieve high quality, premium standard of services. A second phase, anticipated to be completed by in 2010, would expand the facility to allow processing of up to 100,000 tons of sewage per day.
Dongtai Water Recycling Company has put in test operation; it is under capacity test and environmental protection approval. We expect the formal operation will be the end of March 2008. We estimate that the facility will generate approximately $7,000,000 per year, which can provide a stable cash flow the company. In the near future, we expect the operation scale will be expended to 100,000 to 150,000 tons per day, with the surrounding areas development. Then the revenue and profit will be increased accordingly.  |
