The project uses the high technology of anaerobic fermentation. The core treatment equipment is imported from Germany Lipp Company, which is the first equipment in domestic, that has been widely used globally. We co-operate with Sweden Purac Co., in the technology of biogas slurry processing, which can guarantee the high standard construction and stable performance. It will generate biogas 28,000 cubic meters per day, with the biogas slurry and biogas residue as auxiliary products. It also can reduce the release of CO2 by 100,000 tons per year. Clean resource, natural gas will be generated after the biogas has been thoroughly processed. Biogas slurry and biogas residue will be processed into high quality phosphate fertilizer, humus and landfill cappings.
This project has been under construction since April 2007, expected to be in commissioning in late April 2008. The operation test will be completed in the middle of June 2008, and the capacity test and environmental protection approval will be finished in late June 2008. This sludge treatment plant can process kitchen waste, crop straws livestock dejecta and poultry dejecta besides municipal sludge. Dalian Dongtai Organic Waste Management Co.,will be in full operation by the end of 2010, as the expected volume of sludge generated in Dalian.
