The industrial effluent treatment facility was built in 1995; the system was expanded to a capacity of 18000tons/year in 2003, and was relocated to the existing site in the same year. The system will serve as supporting facility in the extension project, capacity for phase 1 in extension project is 30000 tons/year, capacity for phase 2 will reach 50000-100000 tons/year
