Xia Jiahe Sewage Treatment Plant
The first BOT project being undertaken by the Company is a municipal sewage treatment plant in Dalian，operated by Dalian Dong Tai Xia Jiahe Water Recycling Co., Ltd., an 80% owned subsidiary of Dalian Dong Tai. The franchised operation is 20 years excluding construction period.
Dong Tai Xia Jiahe Water Recycling Company has imported the first set of international advanced technology from Germany called “constant water level sequencing batch reactor” (CWSBR). The second phase, with expected completion by 2010, will expand the facility to allow processing of up to 100,000 tons of municipal sewage per day.
Dong Tai Xia Jiahe Water Recycling Company has been approved by the Environmental Protection Bureau and is currently in commercial operation. We estimate that the Plant can generate approximately $1,000,000 per year, which will provide stable cash flow to the company. In the near future, we expect the operation scale to be expanded from 100,000 to 150,000 tons per day, as the surrounding areas continue to develop. Therefore, the revenue and profits should increase accordingly.
The Plant commenced operations on June 21, 2008, has processing capacity of approximately 30,000 metric tons per day. Since commencing commercial operations, the Company has received several quarterly payments from the local government based on the amount of waste water treated by the Plant.

Dalian Lipp Environmental Energy Engineering & Technolgy Co., Ltd
Dalian Lipp Environmental Energy Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. ("Dalian Lipp") is a joint venture company with Germany Lipp Co., and Dalian Dong Tai owns 75% of the interest. Dalian Lipp designs, manufactures and installs environmental protection equipment and renewable energy equipment and provides related technical services. The project is based on the Lipp tank building technique, and is dedicated to generating energy by organic waste anaerobic fermentation, and industrial effluent and municipal sewage treatment plant.
